CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
Interested participants are invited to submit abstracts within the field of theory, research, or educational practice. In particular, AI-education2025 focuses on the following thematic areas:
- Adaptive Learning Systems & Personalization
- Learning Analytics
- Automated Assessment and Feedback
- Virtual Teachers and Digital Assistants
- Ethical Issues & Social Challenges
- Educators and AI: Training and Professional Development

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Authors are invited to submit abstracts directly related to the central theme and thematic areas of the conference. Abstracts must be original, not previously presented or published, and must adhere to the principles of academic integrity, scientific structure, and methodological rigor.
Each submission will be anonymously reviewed (blind review) by independent reviewers. Accepted abstracts will be presented at the conference.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
Authors may submit one main file (.doc or .docx), (the paper itself).
Optionally, a second file (cover page) may be uploaded, including author names, affiliations, and the corresponding author’s contact information.
Maximum number of files: 2 (minimum 1)
Maximum file size: 10 MB per file
Accepted formats: .doc, .docx
Abstract length: up to 500 words (≈ 3500 characters), (required field)
Each submission must include a primary subject area, up to three secondary areas may also be selected if available.
Submissions can be edited until the deadline.

PLAGIARISM NOTIFICATION
Submitted abstracts must be original and must not have been submitted or published in any other conference or journal. All submissions will be checked using plagiarism and similarity detection software, and any cases of high similarity will be further investigated.
Plagiarism, as well as self-plagiarism (reuse of material from the authors’ own previous publications without proper citation), are strictly prohibited. Any reference to related prior work by the authors must be explicitly stated, and the difference of the new submission from that prior work must be clearly explained.
AUTHORS’ ATTENDANCE POLICY
The submission of an abstract implies the commitment that at least one of the authors will attend the conference and present the work.
Papers that are not presented will not be included in the conference proceedings or in any related publication.
CONFERENCE LANGUAGES
The official languages of the conference are English and Greek. Abstracts and presentations may be submitted and delivered in either English or Greek, while full papers are to be submitted exclusively in English.
